It's always sunny in San Diego and now the sun shines brighter at the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians' Harrah's Resort Southern California. With the completion of a $160 million restoration project in 2015 and the addition of a 21-floor hotel tower to the existing two towers, the room count here is now over 1,000.
